- In home buying and selling broker’s fee on each side, is equal to 2% of the true value of real estate. In any case, interested parties should be aware that the rate of broker’s payment is stated explicitly in the contract, while in the broker’s side, they must issue receipts for services to individuals or invoices for services when the customers are companies. It should be noted that the broker’s fee is payable on completion of the contract and in any event in advance.

To find residence there are, in every city, real estate, classifieds, websites, leases, notices, etc. It would be nice to start from local newspapers, to evaluate the classifieds that are in specific boards of schools to visit real estate agencies, to take a walk in the city.
In each case, however, when looking for a home, you need to know:
- The houses in the center of cities are generally older and more expensive, compared with those that are located off-center.
- Check the location of the house, the neighborhood and what that has (supermarkets, banks, regular bus service, access to the campus, etc.).
- Check the house well to find any faults and to point them out to the owner in order for them to correct them, before start living in the house.
- Great attention is needed when starting negotiations with the owner to rent the house.
